Welcome to Kroovo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Kroovo, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Overview

Kroovo is a technology platform that connects users with verified independent professionals (such as Chartered Accountants) for consultation and advisory services. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice directly; all advice is provided by the independent experts.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking a consultation.
• You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any links or session codes provided to you.

3. Payments and Refunds

Fees for consultations are clearly displayed before booking. As per our Kroovo Trust Shield, if you are unsatisfied with a consultation, you may request a review, and we will arrange a complimentary session with a different expert. Standard fees are non-refundable except at our sole discretion after an internal review.

4. Expert Independence

Professionals on Kroovo are independent contractors. Kroovo does not hold liability for the specific advice or outcomes resulting from consultations, though we enforce strict verification standards and community guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kroovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or the advisory services obtained through it.

6. Promotional Offers and Free Consultations

From time to time, Kroovo may offer promotional campaigns, such as free consultations for a limited number of users (e.g., the first 100 customers campaign). Any such promotional offer is subject to the following conditions:

• Only the initial advisory/consultation session itself is provided free of charge under the promotional offer.
• Any subsequent professional engagements, follow-up filings, drafting services, representation, or ongoing advisory projects entered into as a consequence of, or following, the free consultation are fully chargeable as per the independent professional's standard rates or standard platform fees.
• Promotional offers are limited to one per customer/user and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to change or termination by Kroovo at any time without prior notice.
